Background
Airos was born in Fort Worth and graduated from Central High School in Keller. After graduation, she moved to Los Angeles, where she worked as an executive assistant at the Dream Center Foundation, a nonprofit organization that provides support to individuals affected by homelessness, hunger, and lack of education through residential and community outreach programs. She spent seven years there before transitioning to an executive assistant role at Chick-fil-A in Pasadena and, later, in her hometown of Keller.Â
During this time, Airos also obtained a degree in Business Administration with a focus on business leadership. Her combined experience in both nonprofit and corporate settings laid a strong foundation for her organizational and leadership skills.
Her passion for supporting high-performing teams and her dedication to excellence led her to Varghese Summersett, where she continues to thrive in a fast-paced legal environment.
In her free time, Airos loves reading — she has an annual goal of finishing 50 books per year — and enjoys taking walks with her husband and their mini golden-doodle, Sunset.Â
