Kate Daniel

Paralegal

Kate Daniel is a paralegal in Varghese Summersett’s Family Division, where she works alongside Partner Dena Wilson and Associate McKenzie Coe. Together, they provide comprehensive legal support and guidance to clients navigating a divorce, child custody dispute, or other emotionally charged family law matters.

In addition to drafting legal documents, researching case law, managing calendars, and preparing cases for court, Kate is a compassionate resource for our clients. She understands family law cases can be highly stressful, and she strives to make this process as smooth as possible by providing clear and consistent client communication.

Kate possesses exceptional interpersonal, organizational, and problem-solving skills, which serve our attorneys and clients well. She is an invaluable member of our team and is instrumental in ensuring that our clients receive the highest quality legal representation.

Background

Kate was born in Arlington, raised in Mansfield, and now lives in Fort Worth with her husband. She has two fabulous bonus children and four sometimes fabulous dogs – Gator, Remington, Sig and Zip.

Fun Fact: Kate owns two small businesses: Fort Worth iPhone Repair; and co-owns Fort Worth Hat Co. with her husband.
