The Client Relations Specialist will be the first point of contact with all callers and visitors, including potential and current clients, so exceptional phone skills and demeanor is a must. The client relations specialist will also be responsible for numerous administrative duties and must be able to multitask in a high-pressure environment. Varghese Summersett is looking for a motivated, self-starter with exceptional communications skills to join our intake team. The position’s focus is to confidently present information about our criminal defense practice and attorneys to potential clients with the goal of encouraging the decision to hire our firm. This position requires strong communication skills by phone, text, email and through our secure client portal. Our intake specialists must be able to manage a high call volume and work effectively on a deadline.
Are you a college student looking for a part-time position managing social media? We are looking for a motivated, dynamic social media intern to join our team. Candidates should be able to work at least 15 hours a week at our busy downtown Fort Worth office. This opportunity is ideal for students or recent graduates in communications, public relations, marketing, journalism, advertising or digital media. The social media intern will be responsible for creating social media posts on all platforms, planning social media calendars, and assisting with brainstorming campaigns. The right candidate must be passionate about social media and be able to work as a team, as well as independently. The internship will be in-person with some remote work possible.

Internships offer the opportunity to work with our career trial attorneys and assist clients who are facing the biggest problems in their lives. Outstanding law students and undergraduate students on the pre-law track come to Varghese Summersett for the opportunity to train with our attorneys. Interns perform a variety of tasks ranging from research to assisting with trial prep. We offer paid positions throughout the year. Interns typically work around 20 hours a week during the spring and fall semesters and up to 30 hours a week during the summer.
