Our Criminal Defense Team
Our criminal defense team includes ten attorneys, including three Board Certified Criminal Law Specialists and two Board Certified Juvenile Law Specialists. Every criminal-defense partner previously served as a state or federal prosecutor. Together, the team has handled more than 700 jury trials. This is the firm prosecutors hire when they get charged.
Our Family Law Team
Led by Turner Thornton, our family law group handles divorce, custody, and high-asset property division across DFW. The team has handled thousands of cases. We push for resolution when resolution serves you, and we try cases when it does not.
Our Personal Injury Team
Ty Stimpson and Benson Varghese lead the firm's personal injury practice. Benson started his career as an insurance claims adjuster — so we know how the other side values cases, what they hide, and how to make them pay. We fight the insurance companies. We do not work for them.
