Criminal Case Manager
Michelle Bahr is a case manager in Varghese Summersett’s criminal division, where she is responsible for guiding clients through every step of their case. She serves as a primary point of contact for clients, keeping them informed about upcoming court settings and case developments, confirming they are complying with all pre-trial conditions, and ensuring they are adequately prepared for all appointments and court appearances.
Michelle is known for her ability to handle high-stakes, complex cases with accuracy and efficiency. Before working at Varghese Summersett, she was a highly-regarded criminal paralegal at the Tarrant County District Attorney’s Office. Her deep knowledge of the criminal justice system and its inner workings allows her to effectively navigate each phase of the case, providing invaluable support to clients during a stressful time.
In addition to providing clients with regular case updates, she also answers questions about the process, collects important information and evidence for the attorneys, and makes sure that all legal documents are filed, and deadlines are met. Background
Michelle was born in Fort Worth, but has called Burleson home much of her life. She graduated from Burleson High School in 2000, and later obtained a bachelor’s degree in Paralegal Studies from Texas Wesleyan University.
In her free time, she enjoys watching her daughter play the flute in her high school marching band. She also enjoys spending time with her family, usually by the pool or just watching TV.
