Kayleigh Conley is an Intake Specialist in Varghese Summersett’s Personal Injury Division, where she serves as the first point of contact for individuals seeking help after a serious accident or injury. For many people, reaching out to a law firm comes during one of the most difficult and uncertain moments of their lives. Kayleigh listens to their story, explains what they can expect moving forward, and helps them determine whether Varghese Summersett is the right team to guide them through the process.
Kayleigh understands that choosing a personal injury attorney is an important decision that often follows a traumatic event. She takes the time to connect with each person who calls, answer their questions, and ensure they feel heard and supported from the very beginning. Known for her empathy, patience, and strong communication skills, Kayleigh has a natural ability to put people at ease and help them feel confident about the next steps.
In addition to speaking with prospective clients, Kayleigh coordinates initial attorney consultations and helps manage the intake and onboarding process for new personal injury cases. She works closely with attorneys and staff to ensure that each new client receives the firm’s signature white-glove experience from the moment they reach out. In this role, Kayleigh helps individuals and families feel supported, informed, and hopeful about the path ahead.
Background
Kayleigh moved to Fort Worth from North Carolina after spending more than five years working in the legal industry. She graduated magna cum laude from Appalachian State University with a Bachelor of Arts in Philosophy and a minor in Communication.
Kayleigh has called Fort Worth home for the past four years. Outside of the office, she enjoys reading, hot yoga, spending time with friends, and being outdoors with her husband and their dog, Stella.
Fun Fact: Kayleigh enjoys traveling to experience, explore, and learn about new cultures, food, and people. She has traveled to over 10 countries.
