We pride ourselves on delivering white glove service to our clients. This includes making sure they get the treatment they need, providing a high level of communication on a regular basis, tracking the client’s treatment progress, and answering any questions our clients may have.
We are looking for someone who can effectively manage a caseload of 50 cases. In this role, you will also request and review medical bills, draft demand letters, and accurately update records in our case management system.

Our Case Managers have an important role in our personal injury practice, as they are responsible for the crucial pre-litigation phase of each case. They don’t just process paperwork though – their focus is on building strong relationships with clients and other legal professionals involved to ensure successful outcomes from settlement through resolution.
This position pays between $45,000 – $60,500 per year. Exceptional experienced candidates may be offered more.
Qualifications:
- Experience in Personal Injury Law: Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in personal injury law, with an emphasis on pre-litigation case management. Experience handling cases such as auto accidents, wrongful death, and premises liability is preferred.
- Legal Knowledge: Proficiency in understanding legal processes, case management systems, and relevant legal documentation. Familiarity with statutes of limitations, medical records, and lien negotiations.
- Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to interact effectively with clients, attorneys, medical providers, and other legal professionals.
- Organizational Skills: Exceptional organizational abilities, including the capacity to manage multiple cases, deadlines, and tasks concurrently.
- Analytical Skills: Sharp analytical skills to review case details, identify key issues, and contribute to developing case strategies.
- Attention to Detail: Meticulous attention to detail in managing and documenting case files, ensuring accuracy and completeness.
- Problem-Solving Abilities: Proficient in identifying and resolving issues that may arise during the management of pre-litigation cases.
- Medical Knowledge: Understanding of medical records and terminology, with the ability to analyze, summarize, and interpret medical documents effectively.
- Client-Focused: A commitment to providing compassionate and ethical support to clients throughout their case journey.
Responsibilities:
- Case Management: Oversee all aspects of pre-litigation personal injury cases from initiation to settlement, ensuring thorough and efficient case handling.
- Client Communication: Maintain consistent and clear communication with clients, providing regular updates on case progress and addressing any concerns or inquiries.
- Document Preparation: Assist in drafting, revising, and finalizing legal documents, including demand letters, medical summaries, and settlement documents, with attention to detail and accuracy.
- Evidence Compilation: Lead the collection and organization of evidence, medical records, and other relevant documents necessary to build strong cases.
- Lien Negotiation: Engage in negotiations with lienholders to secure favorable resolutions, minimizing the impact on client settlements.
- Medical Treatment Coordination: Coordinate and oversee the scheduling and follow-up of client medical treatments, ensuring comprehensive care and documentation.
- Deadline Management: Implement a robust tracking system to monitor deadlines, ensuring all filing and response deadlines are met promptly.
- Attorney Support: Provide comprehensive support to attorneys in case preparation, strategy development, and client advocacy.
- File Organization: Develop and maintain an organized system for case files, ensuring easy access to information and efficient workflow management.
- Property Damage Claims: Manage and resolve property damage claims, working to secure fair outcomes for clients.
- Case Progress Monitoring: Continuously monitor the progress of cases, proactively addressing any issues that arise and ensuring smooth transitions between case stages.
