Diana Porcayo

Case Manager

Diana Porcayo is a case manager at Varghese Summersett, where she provides comprehensive support to clients throughout the personal injury claims process. From their initial communication to their final settlement, Diana patiently guides them through each step, ensuring they receive the treatment they need and the compensation they deserve. Fluent in both English and Spanish, Diana bridges the communication gap for our Spanish-speaking clients, making sure they understand every stage of the process and feel confident in the representation they receive. In addition to providing compassionate guidance to clients, she also corresponds with medical providers, insurance adjusters, and other parties involved in the case, facilitating a process that is as smooth and stress-free as possible.

Diana’s empathetic nature and bilingual abilities make her a valuable asset to the Varghese Summersett team and the diverse community we serve. She understands that each case is unique and is committed to providing exceptional service to every client who contacts our firm.

Diana moved from Mexico to Hillsville, Va., at age 13 and has always been passionate about helping others. She started working at a North Texas personal injury firm in 2016 and knew that this was the career path for her. Building trusted relationships with the Spanish-speaking community and guiding them through life’s most challenging moments is extremely rewarding.

When she is not at work, Diana enjoys spending time with her husband, two children, and a Maltipoo named Louibear. Cooking is her love language, and her specialties include ceviche and pozole. She also loves reading and is a huge fan of Mexican artist Frida Kahlo.

Fun Fact: Diana loves going to the botanical gardens in Dallas and Fort Worth. When family and friends visit, she always takes them there, no matter the season.
