Videographer

About the Role
As the second full-time videographer on our team, you will focus on shooting crisp, professional-quality videos that highlight people’s stories and experiences. You’ll work in our in-house studio, office settings, and outdoor locations, collaborating closely with our content team to bring our vision to life. Editing may occasionally be part of your work, but your main focus will be on filming.
Key Responsibilities
- Capture professional-grade video footage of people in various settings, including interviews, testimonials, and team features.
- Set up and manage lighting, sound, and filming logistics for all shoots.
- Collaborate with the content team to align on storytelling and production goals.
- Conduct on- and off-location shoots to capture engaging, high-quality footage.
- Edit raw footage using Adobe Premiere, Final Cut Pro, and other video editing software to create polished final products.
- Incorporate motion graphics and visual effects using Adobe After Effects and other tools as needed.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in professional videography, with a focus on people-centered content.
- Strong knowledge of lighting, sound, and camera equipment for indoor and outdoor shoots.
- Demonstrated ability to produce sharp, high-quality video under a variety of conditions.
- Excellent attention to detail and ability to work independently.
- Strong collaboration and communication skills.

Test Requirement
To apply, submit a test video showcasing your ability to shoot crisp, high-quality footage of a person speaking indoors. The video must demonstrate your technical skills in lighting, sound, and overall video clarity. You must shoot, edit, and produce this video on your own. Your video will be judged based on how crisp the video is, how you have framed the subject, and the quality of the video and sound.
Compensation and Benefits
Pay: $45,000.00 – $60,000.00 per year
