Rachel Morris is a Client Experience Representative at Varghese Summersett, where she is often the first point of contact for people seeking help during challenging times. Rachel’s genuine love for people and natural ability to connect with others make her an invaluable asset to the team. Background

A North Texas native, Rachel grew up in Saginaw and graduated from Northwest High School. Throughout her youth, she was deeply involved in fine arts—competing in choir, musical theater, and even performing opera at an elite level.

Rachel went on to earn a degree in psychology from the University of North Texas. She was recruited to pursue graduate work in applied behavior analysis but ultimately pivoted to hospitality, where she quickly rose through the ranks at a major corporate training facility.

Driven by personal and professional growth, Rachel joined Varghese Summersett, a firm highly recommended for its culture and client-centered mission. Her goal is simple yet powerful: to be a source of comfort and positivity for people during one of the hardest times in their lives.

Outside the office, Rachel enjoys shopping for artisan goods and unique finds at pop-up markets throughout North Texas.

Fun Fact: Rachel can sing in French. Her favorite song is Delibes: Lakmé – Duo des Fleurs (Flower Duet).
