What will you do as a Graphics Project Manager?
You’ll be the cornerstone of our visual branding efforts, managing a wide array of projects from social media content to magazine ads and website designs. You’ll both create designs yourself and coordinate with remote talent to ensure all projects are completed efficiently and to our exacting standards.
Graphics Project Manager Job Duties
- Manage and execute various graphic design projects, including social media content, magazine ads, YouTube thumbnails, and website assets.
- Source, hire, and manage remote design talent to handle overflow work and specialized projects.
- Communicate our brand vision clearly to both in-house team members and remote designers.
- Ensure all design work meets our high standards and specific brand guidelines.
- Adapt to feedback and iterate on designs without ego to achieve the perfect result.
- Stay up-to-date with design trends and technologies to keep our visual brand cutting-edge.
Desired Qualifications for Graphics Project ManagerÂ
- Strong background in graphic design with a versatile portfolio.
- We prefer experience in project management, particularly in creative fields.
- Ability to source and manage remote talent.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or related field preferred.
- Proficiency in industry-standard design software
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
- Adaptability and willingness to learn new skills as our needs evolve
- Experience in brand management is a plus
- Understanding of legal industry branding is beneficial but not required.
