Max Koester is the Internship Director at Varghese Summersett, where he oversees a robust roster of interns who are in law school or on the pre-law track. He is responsible for training and managing their daily duties. This includes assigning tasks, coordinating attorney shadowing, planning events, and serving as a liaison between the interns, attorneys, and staff.

Born in St. Louis, Mo., Max moved to Oregon when he was 6 years old. He lived there until after high school graduation when he moved to Fort Worth to attend Texas Christian University. Max recently graduated Cum Laude from TCU with a degree in business management and political science.
He is planning on going to law school in Texas next year, becoming a first-generation law student. In his free time, he enjoys watching and playing sports and spending time with friends and family, including a younger brother and sister.
Fun Fact: Max won a state baseball championship in high school.
